Cancellation Policy We understand that things happen, but please be aware we have a commitment to the hotel and are unable to issue refunds if it is less than 30 days prior to the event. With more than 30 days notice, you will be refunded all monies paid, minus the $75 non-refundable deposit. If you cannot attend after you have paid in full, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person. At this time, we cannot guarantee a future event will occur to transfer monies to. Please contact us ASAP if you are unable to attend and wish to transfer to someone else. If for any reason the venue forces us to cancel the event due to COVID-19 restrictions, full refunds will be given. Natural disasters, acts of God, inclement weather, illness and other natural/unnatural occurrences are not grounds for a refund. If the venue is open and operational, the event will take place as planned.
